Udayan Dileep Choksi is a Non-Executive, Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree in bachelors of science (with honours) in economics from the University of Warwick.

He is a registered member with the bar council of Maharashtra and Goa since December 24, 2010. He is also admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a registered member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He has over 17 years of experience in the legal industry. He is currently a partner at Khaitan & Co.
