Swapnil Shah is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He is leading overall functioning of the company as a part of the core management team. He focuses on product portfolio management, corporate strategy, business development and overall strategic management of the company.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Hofstra University, New York and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Nirma University. He is also the promoter and chairman of Remus Pharmaceuticals Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. He was previously associated as a strategist at Planet Payment Inc. (now acquired by Fintrx, Inc., a fintech company listed on the NASDAQ). He is a convenor of the pharma panel in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat State Council. He is also associated with multiple national and international pharmaceutical associations.
