Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. He was previously involved in business operations in a Delaware based pharmaceutical company. He is currently leading our Company’s overall functioning and is a part of the core management team. He is also responsible for product portfolio management, corporate strategy, business development and overall strategic management of our Company.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Hofstra University, New York and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Nirma University. He is also the promoter and chairman of Remus Pharmaceuticals Limited, a company listed on the emerge platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited. He was previously associated as a strategist at Planet Payment Inc. (now acquired by Fintrx, Inc., a fintech company listed on the NASDAQ). He is a convenor of the pharma panel in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat State Council.
