Deval Rajnikant Shah is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He was the founder and a partner of M/s. Shah Narielwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chartered Accountants. He has more than 40 years of experience in chartered accountancy, engineering and pharmaceuticals. He was previously associated with SAI Consulting Engineers Private Limited as the chief financial officer.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Navgujarat Commerce College, Gujarat University and a bachelor’s degree in law from L.A. Shah Law College, Gujarat University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He heads the overall finance, accounts and taxation functions of our Company. In addition to being part of the core management team, he is responsible for formulating financial strategies and financial planning, risk management and finalizing corporate strategy for mergers and acquisitions within the group.
