Hemanshu Pandya is a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutger’s College, State University of New Jersey, USA. He was previously associated in multiple leadership roles in organizations like Dr. Reddy’s, Mayne Pharma, Piramal Pharma, Strides, AmerisourceBergen as a consultant.

With three decades of experience in the pharmaceuticals industry, he is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with a broad spectrum of commercial, operational, strategic and corporate development. He was the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Vensun Pharmaceuticals, Inc. a generic specialty pharmaceutical company which was sold to Strides Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2019. He was instrumental in the sale of the generic division to Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in 2023. He also serves as a Director for non-profit organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of America of Mercer County, the Isles Foundation, and the Zimmerli Museum at Rutgers University..
