Shaktawat is the Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at our Company, bringing over 25 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, industrial relations, talent management, and organizational development. He has held key HR roles at reputed organizations including Sanghi Industries, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Ratnamani Metals & Tubes, and Gujarat Ambuja Exports.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources, an MSW, and a B.Sc., and is certified as an Internal Quality Auditor, OHSAS & ISO Auditor, and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Since joining the organization, he has been driving initiatives focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
