Gautam Shah is the President – US Operations at Havix Group Inc. d/b/a Aavis Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited, bringing over 30 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, including 20 years in the United States and 10 years in India.

He has held senior leadership roles at leading pharmaceutical companies such as Cipla, Sun Pharma, Caraco Pharmaceutical Labs, Dow Corning Corp, Nesher Pharmaceuticals, Med-Pharmex, and Accord Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

His expertise spans quality assurance, compliance, manufacturing, operations, and strategic leadership. At Senores, he leads the overall US strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
