Dhananjay Barot is the CEO at Havix Group Inc. d/b/a Aavis Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Senores Pharmaceuticals, with over 9 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry.

He has completed his bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from University of Illinois at Chicago and also holds an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.

At Senores, he oversees critical functions including general operations, partner alliances, and U.S. corporate and legal affairs. As a core member, he has been closely involved since its inception, playing a pivotal role in site selection, facility design, and construction.
